Many have experienced the last few weeks like the caterpillar transforming into the butterfly…everything has turned to goo. The feelings that have emerged seem to range from fear and anger, to disconnection and numbness, to an inner sense of calm and well-being. No matter what we are feeling, can we have faith that the New is real? Can we connect with our sense of compassion for all? Can we stay true to our core no matter what we are seeing in others? Can we see our Divinity and Humanity as One? As we now begin a subtle “emerging” we are still very much at choice how we perceive, create and experience life. This is the time to use the tools of presence, awareness and clarity we have honed; to open and receive; to deeply forgive; to simply Be Love!
