About 4 or 5 years ago I was doing a meditation and Jesus showed up all in White and with him was a dude all in Black. He told me that the other dude was his brother. He told me I was to do a prayer vigil for the Divine Masculine and that over the next 40 days I would come to a new understanding about the masculine and my relationship to the masuline would change. He told me that in the collective great strife was occuring between the Brothers but that it would eventually lead to peace between the brothers. He said what was happening in the collective was very similar to what happened while he was in the desert.
During that 40 days I was shown that all cultures have stories about twin brothers and how the brothers are often at odds with each other. From Cain and Abel to the twins in Mayan Mythology to Lucifer and Michael.
I was also, during that 40-days, asked to at look at the beliefs that I had about the Masculine the were getting in the way in my relationships with men and even with my relationship with myself.
