Sombo Muzata-Chunda is the Country Representative for Diakonia Zambia, a Swedish International Non-Governmental organization that works in more than 40 countries supporting civil society in social and economic justice, democracy, human rights gender and peace conflict transformation. Sombo has 13 years of work experience, the first 3 years having worked in the private sector and 10 years in development cooperation in local and international Non-governmental organizations. She has experience in management and coordination of programs, grant management, capacity building and resource mobilization. She is knowledgeable of Zambian tax matters and keenly foollows the development of the country. Sombo is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Edingburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.
