Mrs. Jones is a dedicated Christian with a passion for helping others, especially those with special needs. We also have Dr. Derrick A. Pledger Founder/CEO of Advanced Concepts, Author, Lecturer, and Motivational Speaker. Dr. Pledger founded Advanced Concepts in October 1996, it was originally established as a motivational/training speaking company dedicated to working with individuals in welfare-to-work programs, special needs students and others facing challenges.
