The Cowardly Christian? - Jun 05,2014

Today's show will be kind of thrown together on the fly as I volunteered to work half a day this morning. I put a question mark in the title because I'm not sure cowardly is a fair or accurate description of what we have going on. But I wanted to share and comment today on a piece published at Western Journalism that basically states that the problems we face come not from our politicians but from our pulpits. Some of what he wrote echos points and stories I've made at various times on this show. So, I will attempt to navigate through that and if time allows I'll also talk a little bit regarding an indvidual's take on declining/failing churches, and why I don't necessarily agree with his assessment. Hopefully too I'll be able to share a story of a former abortion clinic manager who, suffice it to say has had a change of heart. Just another reminder and example that the truth ultimately does win.
