The Simplicity of Spirituality-the relationship of oneness - Oct 18,2012

We know everything is energy; but how do we continue to upgrade our energy/vibration each day. I use Reiki for all of my Work and in my coaching series "The Simplicity of Spirituality" we consider that we are building our "spiritual house" or redesigning our inner reality and teach our foundation is breathwork and gratitude is the 1st Pillar. It is the fastest way to up grade our vibration. The Relationship of Oneness teaches that we must have self love/forgiveness and compassion for our self first before we can truly receive from others.
