Why Do Light Skin Blacks Lead The Dark Skins? - Jul 28,2013

I remember I visited a particular denominational church, some years ago, and the minister did not want to hear from me, how black people should be able to help themselves. In fact, one light skinned black minister made a comment to me that "dark skinned black folk need to be lead". HIs words to me were.."you know dark-skinned folk always need to be lead." I thought to myself...what an unusual comment from a minister of this church. Light skinned black people will always lead dark skinned back folk, in America. Look at the NAACP, and other black organizations. Most have a light skinned black person in the leadership role. Why? America Lets Debate!
