Whats "prosecutorial discretion"? Who said this? "It is obvious the founders of this country in their wisdom meant for the “Right To A Trial By Jury” to be a “Fourth Branch of Government” wherewith the people could address tyranny directly and exercise final authority over their elected officers. Unfortunately, by cunning and deceit, the judiciaries of the States and the United States have completely eliminated access to the organic law from the jury box."
