Apostle Charlotte Cobb is the wife of Elder Tony Cobb, mother of five children, and Senior Pastor of Charity Outreach Ministries Empowerment Center Inc., also known as (COME-C), a nonprofit 501(c)3 tax-deductible organization located in Memphis Tennessee. Delivered from drugs after 12 years of usage, Cobb, who is passionate in her work of assisting others to be free of any addiction, is now over 30 years saved and sober.
After being released from jail, Apostle Cobb became a faithful servant under the experience and leadership of the late Bishop G. E. Patterson.
Later, on her spiritual walk, she was placed under Bishop Habel Parker and given the assignment of being assistant to the Prince of Peace Full Gospel Church, then located at 2218 Eldridge Avenue also in Memphis. Under Parker's leadership, Cobb received her license as a minister in 1996, the elevation of ordained Elder in 1998, and welcomed the birthing of Charity Outreach Ministries Empowerment Center Inc. (COME-C) in 2000. Apostle Cobb has had feet on the ground in north Memphis since the beginning.
