As a middle aged professional in a corporate environment talking about marijuana is nothing short of career suicide especially in a highly conservative industry of midday scotch drinkers. However after my cancer diagnosis I discovered three very important facts about medical marijuana and the industry that supports it. Fact one, medical marijuana helped me through my treatment and was far superior to anything my doctors prescribed for nausea or pain. Fact two, I was not alone. Patients who suffered from PTSD, seizures and anxiety disorders to name a few felt the same way I did. Fact three, most dispensaries specialize on how to get you really stoned but know little of what strains and delivery methods are best for your medical needs. At best they have general knowledge. Most look like stoners and not someone you would ask medical advise of.
This is a very personal journey into understanding who you are and what works for you. It's a lot of trial and error and all I want to do is make the journey quicker for those who help.
