Erfurth comes to flmmaking from a non-traditional background.From November 1981 to 2007,he was an officer with the Miami-Dade PD.Beginning his career in 81 and working his way up the ranks to Lieutenant,in 97 he was assigned as Commander of the Tactical Narcotics Team.This unit became the most productive unit in the Miami-Dade PD history,and was recognized nationally as one of the top units in the country.In 95,he was approached by Dennis Collins of Jefferson Pilot Comms to host a new radio show guided into syndication by media mogul,Dick Clark.Copnet-The Police Radio Network and was the first nationally syndicated show of its kind to be hosted by active police officers.He became a consultant on Bad Boys II’ where he served as the technical advisor to Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and Director Michael Bay.He worked as the Ext Producer on the feature film ‘Canvas,starring Emmy Award winner Joe Pantoliano and Academy Award winner Marcia Gay Harden.Most recently,he rejoined Director Michael Bay as the technical advisor on the feature film.Pain and Gain.He will also continue working with Michael Bay Films on the upcoming,Bad Boys III and ‘Cocaine Cowboys’projects,he starring in a television series on the National Geographic The Great American Manhunt
Joshua Martin I enlisted into the Marine CorpsI at 17 at the time.I went on to become an 3531 Motor Vehicle operator.I served in Afghanistan with 2D Radio Battallion.I achieved the rank or Corporal in the 8 years time I served I became a black belt instructor in the MC Martial Arts Program with a waiver from my chain of command.I've instructed several Marines and Sailors in the program.After getting out in 2014 I decided to go to college at UAB.I study Psychology and Neuroscience and I have been able to link the two to fitness and training.I became a certified personal trainer through the NASM.I am currently aspiring to be a mixed martial arts fighter.I train out of Champions MMA
