Let's all review the Sandra Bland case. Sandra Bland was a black 28 year old woman arrested by a Hispanic Texas trooper officer Brian Encinia and after going to jail, she was found dead in her cell from an apparenct suicide. Now, the officer has been found guilty of purgery for falsifying his police report. Ms. Bland has had several prior run-ins with police involving traffic violations, drug pocession, and theft.
