Today as most of you who are of the christian faith celebrate your blessings, do you know that the chairs of certain members of families across the BLACK WORLD are missing members? Are you all aware that this time of the year we can reflect on the losses and the unjust Judicial system that has robbed us even of our dignity as a people. Our people across this globe are being killed by racist police societies, from Israel to South Africa, from New York to Texas and California to Australia, even wooly haired Blacks in India are being killed. Why? The system of chattel is being used all over the globe as a form of oppression and it is no longer unique to America only. Sister Angela Davis says that our PRISON SYSTEM IS BEING EXPORTED TO OTHER COUNTRIES! This is the document that makes slavery legal here.

SECTION 1. Neither Slavery nor Involuntary Servitude, EXCEPT AS A PUNISHMENT FOR CRIME , wherefore the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist in the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." Blacks Law Dictionary sixth edition, page 1647.
The White Man has established that slavery is forever in America for people of color. No law can be made or has been made that sets us totally free, even the 13th Amendment still holds slavery as the punishment for activity deemed criminal by them. Slaveholders devils made all kinds of laws to make sure that even when emancipated the slave was held most of their life in bondage until the worth of his labor would not benefit him in returning to Africa.
" An infant can not be emancipated, nor can a slave be set free who is not both under the age of forty-five years, and able to work , and gain a sufficient maintenance and livelihood, at the time the freedom is intended to commence.”A bequest of Liberty to Slaves, in contravention of the law, is void."
