Here the Prophet is warning the Gentiles of Eygpt of the coming invasion of their country by the Babylonians.They may not have believed him, But God promised the Jews after their punishment that he would bring them back to the land of the covenant from where they have been scattered, and they will know that he is God .THIS IS ALSO AN END TIME PROPHECY YET TO BE FULLFILLED.
