From 1921 to 2015 : the Tulsa Sheriff Department is still murdering african americans in the streets of Tulsa. Sherrif Glanz like the sheriff in 1921 is still deputizing reserve volunteer dupties that murder. We the People of Oklahoma is effecting change. It is a model that other cities can copy- a city affected my murderous racism and a movement to change the culteral climate through legal channels. It is working- hear how.
