In Luke 10:19 it says, "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." This is why individuals should learn how to pray from the victory we already have when Jesus went to the Cross. No Prayer, No Power to command Satan, devils, or demons to cease tormenting you or your familiy.
