This episode we talk to Chef Derrick Prince from Fox's Master Chef. Derrick was great on the show and has parlayed it into a an awesome career as the Sous Chef at Ny's Stanton Social. Chef Prince's story is pretty great and is a story about hard work. We talk about Master Chef, judging compitions, food and running one of NYC's most prominent restaurants. We also talk about the state of the food television and more importantly how it has changed over the past few years.
