Dr. Michelle Robin gets the straight scoop from Joe Cross on Small Changes Big Shifts. Cross is an Australian entrepreneur, author, filmmaker, and wellness advocate. He is most known for his 2010 documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead in which he tells the story of his 60-day juice fast.
Also joining Dr. Robin on the second half of the show, Mindy Corporan whose son Reat Underwood was tragically gunned down at a Jewish community center in Kansas City. Underwood, a 14-year-old high school freshman, had come to the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City with his grandfather, Dr. William Lewis Corporan, who was also killed in the shooting. Corporan is hoping to turn this personal tragedy into an act of kindness in the community, coming together with JCC shooting
