In the small Village of Mt. Pleasant, WI a group of property owners, many of them Farmers and backers of the GOP are getting ready to fight City Hall.
Unlike the Downtown Racine Bar Owners, this groups has funds and think Lawyers. they also from what I understand not going to take the game playing as I was told.
