Pastor Brad Morgan of New Life Beginnings Church in Pattison, TX continues teaching about God's healing. Healing for our physical bodies and emotional situations is all part of what Jesus did in the Atonement. Not only does God heal people is He wants us to walk in divine light. In Psalms 107:20 it says: "He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions." The purpose of the word of God is to bring healing to our lives. Psalms 30: 2-3 says, "O Lord my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me. O Lord, You brought my soul up from the grave; You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
Matthew 8:8 says, "The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed." Jesus went about doing good and healing all those who were oppressed of the devil. Futher evidence is in Mark 1:21-28. Remember, the devil recognizes the presence of God. In His day, Jesus had authority to heal the sick, and we are to be like Jesus. Jesus heals throughout the scriptures: Mark 1:35-39, Mark 2:1-12, Mark 3:1-15. His disciples were called to heal sicknesses and cast out demons.
If you will get close to Jesus, He will heal and do something about your situation. Your faith will make you well. Only believe ... just trust.
