Because I have no idea who is going to show up or if anyone will show up, I have to have a backup plan and today's backup plan in case no-one shows up is: Turning Hungry Ghosts into Allies.
"What does that mean?", You ask. Well from a shamanic perspective there are spirits or entitities that attach to us and feed on us. Until we heal within ourselves, that which draws these entities to us, we are "karmically bound" together. Once we heal ourselves we can also bring healing to these entities so that they either move on or they become our Allies. If time permits we are going to talk about this.
