Alex Charalambides wears a lot of hats. A 10 plus year veteran of the national poetry slam scene, hes toured throughout North America, owns the distinction of being the first poet to represent teams from Boston, Worcester & Providence at the National Poetry Slam. As an organizer, hes co-founder & co-coordinator of the Louder than a Bomb Massachusetts Youth Poetry Slam Festival. Founder of the Worcester Youth Poetry Slam and Co-Curator of the Dirty Gerund Poetry Show. As a teaching artists, hes worked with poetry students in high schools and colleges throughout New England.
